In this lab we’ll be looking at a dataset on measurements taken on 722 bycatch White-chinned Petrel Procellaria aequinoctialis caught predominantly by bottom longliners, tuna longliners, squid trawlers and general fish trawlers between 2000 and 2003.
We’ll be doing some exploratory data analysis and then some statistical inference.
Start by downloading the lab file by Right clicking and Save File As… here:
Load RStudio up, and use the File->Open File… option, browse to where you saved it, and load it up.
Work through this file to explore the petrels data.
