Call 0800 738 363 any time. We will tell you how to give first aid and direct you to the centre.

What to bring

When you come to the Pet Emergency Centre, bring:

  • current medications
  • details of your pet’s usual vet
  • details of any recent veterinary treatment
  • the name or container of any poison your pet has been exposed to.

If your pet needs to stay on with us, we can let your vet know; otherwise they can return to your regular vet in the morning.

Intensive and critical care

Your pet will receive round-the-clock care from our highly qualified and trained team in our intensive care unit.

Payment

A consultation fee applies on arrival. After examining your pet, we will discuss an estimate cost for treatment.

If your pet is hospitalised, a 50 percent deposit is required. Full payment will be due when you collect your pet.
