Our group fitness classes help you meet your gym goals
Our variety of group fitness classes will help you build confidence and skills across a range of movements and will encourage you to pursue your fitness goals.

Fitness classes included in your gym membership are:
- Functional Circuit Training: A high-intensity circuit-styled workout suitable for all fitness levels.
- ABT: Tone your abs, butt and thighs through weighted and resistance-based exercises.
- Yoga: Iyengar-based classes that balance your fitness routine through stretching and strengthening your muscles.
- Xtreme Hip Hop (STEP): Our most energetic step aerobic and cardio fitness class that is enjoyable for everyone.
- Pump: A muscular conditioning class that gives you a full-body workout.
- Circuit: A structured full-body workout that includes cardiovascular and weighted exercises.
- 20-20-20: A combination class with 20 minutes of hi-lo-aerobics, step, and high intensity cardio conditioning.
- Step: A cardiovascular and toning workout that targets the thighs and glutes through rhythmic stepping and incorporating squat and lunge-based movements.
- Zumba: A fun and energetic dance-focused class combining cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.
Train and play in the sports hall
Using the sports hall is included in your membership. The sports hall configuration can be two basketball courts, two volleyball courts, two indoor soccer courts, two netball courts, eight badminton courts, or a futsal court. There is also table tennis available.
