Originally from New Caledonia, Alaina graduated from vet school Massey University in 2015. She completed a yearlong internship at Massey Equine Clinic in 2016. After a few years working as a large animal and equine vet in the UK, she returned to Massey in 2019. Wearing many hats, her role has evolved into the Equine Clinic Manager, but outside of meetings she can be found with patients in the clinic. She has particular interests in reproduction, internal medicine and dentistry and acquired membership of the Australia and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists in Equine Dentistry in 2022.
