Kia ora, I have been working for the Department/School of Management at Massey University for 15 years. I have taught in the areas of tourism/hopsitality, services, general management and HRM. My research interests are diverse including guest retention in hotels, Maori women and their perceptions of health and marae, and Maori entrepreneurship and management.


Roles and Responsibilities

I am a research associate with Te Au Rangahau (Maori Business Research Centre) at Massey University and have been involved with writing reports and papers and presenting at international conferences.

I am also working with a group called Women at Massey researching and writing about the role of women as facilitators of Mentoring Circles.
