Who can study online at Massey

You can study online with Massey if you are:

If you’re an international student living in New Zealand, you can complete up to 25% of your qualification online. Note: You must study 45 credits minimum on-campus per semester.

If you apply to study by distance and online with us, you can expect to:

  • use our off campus library service to get electronic resources, books and articles
  • use our online platform 'Stream' to find dates for assignments tests and examinations

“I was snowboarding for New Zealand and thinking about uni. The idea that I could be remote and be near the mountains made it all possible. During the ski season, I could move to Ruapehu or Wanaka. During the summer, I could compete in Europe.”
