This information is being collected to process your application for accommodation at Massey University. It will help us to:

  • find the most suitable homestay placement for you
  • meet our pastoral care obligations under law and as strictly necessary only
  • meet our other Purposes and Legitimate Interests set out in our Privacy Statement.

We may be unable to process your application if you choose not to supply any information noted as mandatory. Your information will be held securely and processed in accordance with our Privacy Statement.

Necessary details will be shared with your confirmed homestay host excluding any health and medical information that you have expressly declined your consent for us to share with them on this form. If you would like to access or correct your information, or withdraw your consent to the further processing or disclosure of any health and medical information, please contact us at privacy.officer@massey.ac.nz.

Short course accommodation and health form

All international short-course students stay in Massey-approved homestays or Massey University Halls of Residence. Accommodation for all international students aged under 18 years must be in a Massey-approved homestay.
